| One of the things we love most about being parents is seeing the world through a child's eyes and measuring time with the changing of the seasons: | ||||
* In the winter, we'll be bundled up making snow people, sledding down the hill in front of Grandmom & Grandpop's house with hot cocoa afterwards, making ornaments with Sabrina and her cousins, making & wrapping special presents and marveling at the Christmas light displays with Mom-Mom and Pa-Pa. * In the spring, we're sure to be decorating eggs and having Easter egg hunts, planting a garden, watching the leaves open while swinging at the park, and riding the merry-go-round again as soon as it reopens. We can't wait to see what new activities we try and traditions we begin when our second child's interests and talents begin to show too! * In the summer, when we're not cooling off at the pool or playing in our Mr. Turtle sandbox, you'll find us jumping in the waves, collecting sea shells, riding the carousel, and sampling fudge on the boardwalk at the Jersey shore with Nina's sister Karen, and their extended family. * In the autumn, you'll find us riding a tractor through the fields, searching for the perfect pumpkin for carving, collecting colorful fall leaves at the park, wearing our Halloween |
